IMPORTANT: Please read the rules
below.
Rules for joining
CAVA
1. Must be a virtual airline
representing a real Caribbean based airline (current or
past) or must
have a major hub in the Caribbean, Florida or the Bahamas with
regular flights to the Caribbean.
2. Member airlines should permit
alliance member pilots to have access to their
aircraft and route
system if possible, but may request a limit to such accessibility.
3. Member
airlines are solely responsible for their webpage, logos and
aircraft.
4. A request may be filed for helping new airlines
getting started (web design, web
hosting, repaints, ideas etc.) but
may
imply that such tasks be compensated
by
a share percentage in the new airline. This is completely up to the
helper or
helpers of the new airline.
5. All member airlines
are partners, however no airline is obligated to reflect this on
their
webpage in their partner section, with the exception of the CAVA logo which
must be displayed.
6. All CAVA member airlines must display our
logo on their web site .Failure to
do so may imply bans on routes,
aircraft or in extreme cases, suspension
from our
alliance.
7. All airlines should have 1 representative that
updates the CAVA
board of directors.
Such person need not necessarily be the airline's
CEO.
8. All airlines are expected to have industry standard
flexibility while maintaining
a level of professionalism.
9. The
CAVA board must always have the last word in admittance of a particular
airline to the alliance. The majority of the votes are required for
this. Until further
notice, only co-founder board members have the
right to vote.
