So then first things first...welcome to Caribbean Airlines Virtual I would like to take this space to say what a pleasure it is to have you aboard and if you need anything (within reason) or would like any questions answering just send me an email and I'll be happy to help...and Happy flying! New to Caribbean Airlines Virtual? Again thanks for signing up to Caribbean Airlines Virtual this is the time where you start to get an indication of what flying for CAV is all about. Our open door system with our managers makes sure that you don't have to wait decades for a reply to an email so not just our email but other ways of getting in contact with us are available like msn messenger etc. this ensures we keep what our mission goal suggests "a close knit team of flight simulator enthusiasts and friends" .Were not wanting to conquer the globe like other airlines hence our size is quite smallish but we tend to focus more on you as a pilot so take some time to get to know people via our forums etc and it can be a much more rewarding experience rather than just a name on a page. Already a pilot? How was your last flight?.. We value your feedback both good and bad so shout your opinions and we will endeavor to make changes to improve our systems or flight experience. My mother used to say "if u don't ask u don't get" and that's true with Caribbean Airlines Virtual we work really hard to get it right but our management are not the ones to judge it - its you guys so if you feel something needs changing or improving just post us an idea via our forums or e-mail to our mangers and we will try our best to accommodate. a few things that have already been suggested and implemented are individually painted aircraft and also reworked flight dynamics along with the introduction of a new website to ease loading time and navigation. Want to go further in Caribbean Airlines Virtual? Were after dedicated experienced pilots to take part in our training section for our new pilots, more details to follow soon. Also were recruiting a team of online operations managers of about three (3) I would think is sufficient but the primary role of this team would be to oversee the operations of our online activities and arrange events and ATC and also to sign Caribbean Airlines Virtual up for online networks. if you feel you can give more than flying to Caribbean Airline Virtual just e-mail any member of staff and we will have contacted within 2-3days.
